Elimco AeroSpace receives the Andalusia Excellent Award in “Technological Innovation”

Elimco Aerospace is a company belonging to the Ingemont Technological Group, which offers technological solutions of high added value for all sectors in which it operates: naval, rail, aeronautical and space in both civil and defense.

Her experience in design and production engineering, as well as in manufacturing, on board systems and ground support equipment, have made her a reference company as an integrator of customized solutions for engineering, manufacturing and support services for electrical, electronic and avionics systems.

Founded in 2003, the firm participates in Airbus main programs, including A400M, A300MRTT, C295/235 and Tiger and NH90 helicopters (French, German and Spanish versions).

Actually, Elimco Aerospace participates in three major R&D projects that it leads from Andalusia. Dream is one of them, and is based on drone technology to meet the main needs in the civil engineering sector, electrical infrastructures and petrochemical infrastructures. Romoflex, for its part, develops a low-cost Robotic Mobile Platform for flexible and reconfigurable order preparation. Idron, through drone technology, promotes the reduction of associated occupational risks and increases safety measures avoiding human failure. These projects place Elimco Aerospace at the forefront of innovation and Industry 4.0.

Also, from the Innovation area of the company, we access the main European R&D&I programs where, according to José Manuel Soria Rodríguez, CEO of the firm “we have all the technical capacity necessary to lead innovation projects of great relevance. The recent creation of this area also responds to the need to demonstrate our full potential to the main companies in the industrial sector in the international sector”.
